No registration or commitment to attend each week is required, and people can drop in to these free clinics any time between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. during these 16 weeks for blood pressure and glucose screenings, hypertension information, and “Ask a Nurse” wellness support.
- When: Every Wednesday (March 8 – June 21) from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- Where: Provincetown Library, 356 Commercial St.
- What: Wellness clinics presented in collaboration with the Barnstable County Public Health Nursing program and Cooperative Extension service
These clinics are paired with healthy diet education, Buy Fresh Buy Local program, and DASH diet information based on fresh produce - in the same location where the Health Department and Provincetown Library partnership offers their Crop Swap free, fresh produce program.
This project is being funded through an MDAR Buy Local grant that was awarded to Buy Fresh Buy Local Cape Cod (BFBL) to promote local growers and food producers.
