Proposed Restoration of MacMillan Pier Floating Dock System

The Provincetown Board of Selectmen will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 13, 2004 at 6 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room, Provincetown Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street on the Provincetown Public Pier Corporation's recommended design criteria for restoration of the MacMillan Pier floating dock system which was damaged by the December 2003 storm. A copy of the recommended plan is on file in the Officer of the Office of the Town Manager/ Board of Selectmen, Town Hall, Provincetown MA 02657. The plan is are also available on-line at www.provincetown-ma.gov/pier_corp/floatingdocks.pdf. The public is encouraged to submit written comments to the Office of the Town Manager/Board of Selectmen or in person at the hearing.
