The Conservation Commission will hold a Site Visit starting at 5:00 p.m. and a Public Meeting and Public Hearing starting at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2008, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown Massachusetts, to consider the following:

Application by Joyce Holupka & Pamela Cyr for a Notice of Intent under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act M.G.L. c. 131, § 40 and the Provincetown Wetlands Bylaw Chapter 12. Applicant proposes renovations to a two family dwelling, construction of an addition, and associated site work, including coastal dune enhancement at the property located at 485 Commercial Street, Provincetown.
