Provincetown Licensing Board will hold a Public Hearing at 5:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 28, 2008, in the Judge
Welsh Hearing Room, Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street to hear a petition to
transfer the Seasonal All Alcohol, Common Victualer, and
Entertainment Licenses from La Vite e L'UVA, Inc., Peter A.
Garza-Zavaleta, mgr. d.b.a. to The Pandan Room, LLC, Allan Bradbury, mgr.
d.b.a. Pandan Room Restaurant, 133 Bradford St., Provincetown,
MA.
