Community Housing - STM Articles 1, 2, 3

The Board of Selectmen held a public hearing on Monday, February 23, 2004 and approved the Community Housing Report submitted by the Affordable Housing Task Force's on proposed goals and strategies to address the community's housing needs, including adoption of the Community Preservation Act. The Planning Board will held a public hearing on March 24, 2004 at 7 p.m. on the proposed zoning amendments on Affordable Accessory Apartments; Amnesty; and Growth Management Reallocation for Affordable and Middle-Income Community Housing Units.
