In accordance with §2-2-1
of the Provincetown Charter, the Provincetown Conservation Commission will hold
a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at 6:30 p.m. in the Caucus Hall, Town Hall, 260
Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA to determine the number of Board members in
favor or opposed to the petitioned articles concerning the natural environment

of the Provincetown Charter, the Provincetown Board of Health will hold a
Public Hearing on Thursday, October 14,
2004 at 6:00 p.m. in the Caucus Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown,
MA to determine the number of Board members in favor or opposed to the
petitioned articles concerning public health for the October 25, 2004 Special

In accordance with §2-2-3
of the Provincetown Charter, the Provincetown Planning Board will hold a Public
Hearing on Wednesday, October 13, 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Judge Welsh Hearing Room,
Town Hall, 260 Commercial Street, Provincetown, MA to determine the number of
Board members in favor or opposed to the petitioned articles concerning land
