March 10, 2015: MassHousing Comprehensive Permit Site Approval Application

On 3/16/15 the Town of Provincetown received a letter from MassHousing indicating that they are currently reviewing an application for a 40B Site Approval submitted by Christopher Wise on behalf of BPJC LLC for the proposed development of 24 ownership condo units at 350 Bradford Street [formerly Michael Shay's]. The Site eligibility process is the initial step for a potential 40B Permit application. This letter triggered a 30-day comment period for the Town. Note this is a comment period, not an approval period. The comment period originally was scheduled to end on 4/15/15 but was extended to 5/15/15.
