Business Certifications - Stop the Spread

1.  Venue requires all staff to be vaccinated
2.  Venue requires proof of vaccination to enter
3.  All venue staff are vaccinated, and proof of vaccine is required to enter

Which is your strategy?

If it is ONLY requiring vaccine proof for your customers to enter, please email our Administrative Assistant Alex at apaine@provincetown-ma.gov , with the subject line or a message indicating that is your policy.

She will be happy to reply with that certificate and add you to the list of businesses checking vaccine cards at the door.

IF you have a fully vaccinated staff, take this opportunity to proudly let it show!

You will need to fill out the attached staff list and return it to Alex to receive that certificate.

ARE YOU DOING BOTH? Awesome – make sure you tell Alex when you submit the staff list that you are ALSO requiring proof of vaccine from customers – and you will get the gold standard certificate!
