Forrest Yoga gets you strong and centered connecting you to your core through deep breathing and long holds in asana (poses). Held in a heated room (80 degrees) the combination of sweat and breath rejuvenates the body. Forrest Yoga is designed to strengthen where we are weak (the low back and core) and open where we are tense (the neck, shoulders and hip flexors) leaving you feeling cleansed and awake!
