Town of Provincetown Resident Parking Permits Available Beginning March 1

The Town of Provincetown will begin issuing Resident and Visitor Parking Permits on March 1, 2023. Paid and permit parking is in effect in Provincetown from May 1 through October 31, 7 days per week, including holidays.

Residents are highly encouraged to apply for permits online at: www.provincetown-ma.gov/parkingpermits

Those needing assistance can email ParkingPermits@provincetown-ma.gov or can go to the Lower Level of Town Hall for assistance in person on the following days and times:

  • Mondays from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  
  • Tuesdays CLOSED
  • Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 
  • Thursdays CLOSED
  • Fridays from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. 

65+ Senior Resident complimentary Parking Permits are now available from the Parking Permit Office on the Lower Level of Town Hall during the above days and times as well.

When applying for a parking permit, applicants must upload/provide a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration as well as pay any outstanding taxes, fees, or parking violations to be able to receive their permit.
