The Provincetown Health Department and Board of Health are working to support residents’ needs through contracted services with local specialized providers.
The Outer Cape Health Services Navigator Program connects residents with unmet medical, behavioral health, or human service needs. Interpretive services are available in both Spanish and Portuguese.
This navigator program holds weekly office hours on Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on the second floor of the Provincetown Library located at 356 Commercial St. Drop-ins are welcome, and appointments can be made by contacting 774-722-2398 / CRNavigator@outercape.org.
The Homeless Prevention Council Community Services Liaison works with unhoused, housing insecure residents, or those with tenancy issues to address housing stability and self-sufficiency.
The liaison holds drop-in hours from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at the United Methodist Church located at 20 Shank Painter Road. Additional drop-in hours are available from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Wednesdays and 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Fridays at the Provincetown Library.
