The Provincetown Housing Office has several housing assistance programs and other grant opportunities currently available to residents:
- Down Payment & Closing Costs Assistance - If you're an eligible homebuyer earning up to 100% CPA Area Median Income ($87,000 for a household of 1; $99,000 for a household of 2, etc.), you may qualify for funding covering up to 10% of the sales price on an eligible unit, with a cap of $30,000. - Self-Sufficiency Local Voucher Program - Receive a monthly rental assistance stipend if you're an eligible applicant, with support available up to 100% CPA AMI. Learn more and apply now.
- Economic Development Grants - Are you a year-round/off-season business looking to grow? Apply for grants of up to $10,000 to support your business growth, programs, and projects based in Provincetown. Act fast—applications are due by November 30, 2023.
- Community Preservation Grants: Funding is available for projects in Community Housing, Historic Preservation, or Open Space/Recreation that align with community preservation goals. Don't miss out—applications are due by December 28, 2023.
